Megan Stetson, a healthcare expert, holds degrees in Health Science and Physician Assistant studies from the University of Florida. With 7 years as a Trauma and Acute Care Surgery PA and later overseeing Advanced Practice Providers, she's now the C.O.O. at Columbia Family Chiropractic. Megan's Hall of Fame recognition from the University of Florida reflects her dedication. Advocating holistic health, she blends healthcare and chiropractic knowledge to restore true wellness. Beyond work, she enjoys family time, reading, writing, and the beach.
Personal Injury Specialist
Morgan Bishop
Morgan has a deep passion for holistic care and natural healing, which led her to join Columbia Family Chiropractic. After serving in several roles at the practice, she now oversees all personal injury accounts. When she’s not working, Morgan enjoys traveling to the beach and mountains, and spending time with her son, and in the spring, you can always find her at a University of South Carolina baseball game. She loves helping people achieve optimal health through holistic care, making her role at Columbia Family Chiropractic truly fulfilling.

Caroline Riechel
Caroline is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Media Arts. She enjoys all things creative from filmmaking to creating content and editing media. She is excited to pursue her career in the Digital Media and Marketing space and be a part of the CFC team! Beyond work, she can always be found with her cat Blue, spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, listening to good music, trying new foods, and always staying active within her community!

Kaley Moore
I am originally born and raised in Florida and am excited to begin a new adventure as I moved to South Carolina this year with my Australian Shepherd pup, Jasper. Growing up in the Sunshine State has shaped my love for the outdoors and my appreciation for a vibrant lifestyle. Currently, I am studying at the University of Central Florida, pursuing a degree in health services administration. My passion for healthcare drives me to explore various avenues within the field, and I aspire to make a positive impact on community health. As I transition to South Carolina, I am eager to connect with new people and immerse myself in the local culture. I look forward to discovering everything this new chapter has to offer, both personally and professionally.

Elissa Hagar
Elissa moved to South Carolina at the end of 2021. She graduated with honors from Columbia College in California with a degree in Social and Behavioral Health Sciences. She has completed the SC Ultimate Outsider and is now working on the National Parks with 7 out of 63 completed. She loves the beach, reading, traveling and spending time with friends. She enjoys being a part of the Columbia Family Chiropractic family and connecting with all of the patients.

Born and raised in the beautiful state of Montana, I grew up knowing I had a deep love for helping people and have always been passionate about holistic care. In my previous role as clinic manager I was able to help and see patients succeed in a holistic way. I took a leap of faith and landed here in Columbia where I’m so excited to serve this awesome community! In my free time you can catch me at the gym, baking sourdough goodies, or just enjoying the outdoors!

My name is Brittney Queen, and I was born and raised in Columbia. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Public Health, focusing on Exercise Science. I am now the Active Patient Care Coordinator at Columbia Family Chiropractic and enjoy getting to build personal relationships with all of our patients as I assist with their care plans. In my free time, if I’m not with friends, I am almost always doing something active to stay busy!

Emma Haagenson
I grew up in Minnesota, sometimes you can still catch my accent! Eventually moving from Minnesota to live in Florida for 6 years where I received my Certified Chiropractic Assistants License as well as my Limited X-Ray Operator License. I have now settled here in Columbia and am loving every moment of it! I deeply enjoy my time outdoors here, especially Saturdays at the Soda City Market as well as occasional day trips to enjoy downtown Charleston. I believe that life is only as good as you think it is so I am incredibly excited to infuse that positivity into our patients' care!
Kristine Cocchiarella

Kristine, with her husband of 28 years, moved to SC from Minnesota 11 years ago, to be closer to their grandchildren. An Honors graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, Kristine loves spending time in the kitchen and uses the skills gained from culinary school to help her health coaching clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Kristine firmly believes that health starts with nutrient-dense, whole foods, daily movement, chiropractic, and naturopathic care. Kristine is working towards earning her Holistic Health Practitioner Certification and enjoys helping people realize their bodies are capable of more than they ever imagined. Healing is achievable.
In her spare time, Kristine and her husband enjoy spending time with their grandkids, going on long walks with their dogs, and traveling back to Minnesota to visit family as well as enjoying a MN Wild hockey game or two.

Sam Meyer
Originally from Connecticut, I moved to Columbia several years ago to pursue my education at the University of South Carolina. Graduating with a degree in Public Health, I found my passion in everything health and fitness. Over the past few years, wellness has definitely taken center stage in my life, and working at CFC has helped me foster relationships with like-minded people. Today, I️ am still on the quest to expand my personal growth, striving to nourish my mind, body, and soul. This ongoing journey has not only transformed my own life, but has also deepened my commitment to spreading the message of holistic well-being to anyone who will listen. When I'm not at work, you can find me in the gym, reading, cooking an extravagant meal, or surrounding myself with friends.

Stacy Chase
Originally from Pennsylvania, Stacy spent three years teaching conversational English at a university in China. She returned to the States to complete her Master of Theology in Dallas, Texas, focusing on media arts and cross-cultural studies. In 2022, Stacy, her husband, and their loveable boxer relocated to South Carolina to be closer to her siblings and their children.
She loves creating anything out of clay, testing new recipes, biking any path, swimming any body of water, and getting to know new people and new places. Her interest in a holistic approach to healthcare started during her time in China, leading her to start her chiropractic care journey in South Carolina. She looks forward to helping others discover the benefits of chiropractic care for themselves.
